Let the tailgate parties be...

Today is Friday and Labor Day Weekend is about to start (or already has if you are on the East Coast).  College football gets underway big time tomorrow morning so people will be tailgating everywhere. 

For a few last minute tips on some of the best tailgating ideas check out Sports Illustrated's Hot Clicks this week.  Boosh Magazine gets a plug for the ultimate tailgating guide spread they are running in this month's issue, hitting college campuses now. Check out the grill they chose. 

The coolest thing I saw in the Boosh feature (other than the Freedom Grill of course) is Shot Sticks. 

These are sweet because they snap together so you don't have to have your drinking glasses strapped to the roof of your car on the way to the game. 

Shot Ski is the ultimate party action.

I like the Shot Stick's use of full size glasses so you can chug a beer.  The ski pictured above had tiny shot glasses and we were actually trying to slurp jello shots out of it.  If you are a regular reader you already know that it's not a Freedom Grill party until Dena breaks out the Golden Grain Jello Shots.

I do have a couple of questions for the Shot Stick folks though. 

1) What's the highest number of connectors ever used all at once for a single shot?

2) How well do they hold up after frequent use?

This is going to be a fun tailgate season folks.  Hang onto your hats.
